AJ Stays

Allan is a veteran who left the Armed forces to pursue his passion in property.

He is an investor himself and is looking to build generational wealth for his son James.

When working with investors he can make it hands off and is looking to build long-term relationships assisting investors to create wealth through property.

When it comes to SA management the main focus is to create amazing spaces where guests have a home away from home. He has a team in place assisting him with cleaning and management of properties.

When it comes to tenants for BTL's and HMO's he is creating spaces that look amazing. Giving them comfort in knowing also that the property will be looked after if any maintenance is required. He believes in creating spaces that anybody would be happy to live in as feels there are too many rogue landlords who don't look after properties and treat tenants bad.
